Our Policies
Please, no accompanying guests. This is your is your "personal" time.
Children must be minimum 12yrs of age for services.
No food items permitted. Drinks are allowed if in a closed container with a secured top. (No to go cups)
Please have ear pods/ headphones accessible during your visit. Speaker phone and loud videos not only disrupt the environment, but interferes with your relaxation time. No laptops or tablets during services.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals. If you are running late, please call/ text ahead. Arrivals after the 10 minute grace period will result in loss of additional services if scheduled for multiple. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a "no- show" and are charged 100% of service(s) scheduled.
Appointments and/ or additional services not canceled 24 hours in advance are charged 100% of service(s) booked.
